The hotel is beautifully designed in a great area near the cable car, other neighborhoods, and Presidio National Park. The room was perfect, with lovely artwork and all my needs met. The staff were incredibly friendly. The location is amazing, close to Sacramento Street.

I would recommend this place and would consider staying here again. Everything was spotless, had a really nice stay. The staff was super-friendly and amazingly kind. I loved the great-sized room with a large bathroom. Central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV were provided, which was great.

its proximity to the Presidio, Marina district, Palace of fine arts and access to the Golden Gate bridge and Marin. The location is perfect for us as we are more interested in the the Presidio area and Golden Gate park rather than downtown. We had a room with a great city view and early morning sun. Very nice and bright.
No complaints about the hotel. It was very clean and a friendly staff.
